Applicable to Think Like a Reader FKA The Human Design Starter Kit, The Chart Readers’ Hub Monthly and Annual Memberships, and all digital products offered by Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert

By purchasing or subscribing to any digital product, course, membership, or program from Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All references to “Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert” refer to the same entity.

1. Non Refundable Purchase, Courses and Memberships

All sales of digital products, including Think Like a Reader FKA The Human Design Starter Kit, The Chart Readers’ Hub monthly membership, The Chart Readers’ Hub annual membership, and all downloadable or streaming content, are final. Because you receive immediate access to digital materials, no refunds, cancellations, proration, or credits are offered for course purchases, monthly membership payments, annual membership payments, membership renewals, or early cancellation. Non use of content does not qualify for credit or reimbursement. By completing your purchase or activating a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Billing, Membership Only

This section applies to The Chart Readers’ Hub monthly and annual memberships. By enrolling, you authorize Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current and valid. If a payment fails, the system will attempt to reprocess it. Access may be paused or revoked until payment is successful. Cancellation stops future billing and does not refund or reverse previous charges. You may cancel at any time inside your account settings. Monthly members retain access until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Annual members retain access until the end of the full twelve month term already paid for. No prorated refunds or partial credits will be issued.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course and membership content, including text, videos, audio, graphics, worksheets, transcripts, downloadable files, live or pre recorded calls, and any other media, is the exclusive property of Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert. You are granted personal, non transferable, non commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, publish, or adapt any materials. You may not upload materials to shared drives or public platforms. You may not use the content to teach, coach, or create client facing materials. You may not share login credentials or allow any other person to access your account. Any violation results in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Use of Tangie Nadimi’s Voice, Likeness, or Brand

The use of Tangie Nadimi’s name, voice, likeness, course content, or branding materials for public promotion, AI training, resale, content creation, or any professional or commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without written permission. This includes social media content, paid advertising, training materials, coaching materials, presentations, or public teaching.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. All course and membership content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Results vary by individual, and no outcomes are guaranteed. Any actions you take based on the content are at your own discretion and risk.

6. Community Guidelines, Membership Only

To maintain a respectful and supportive environment, members of The Chart Readers’ Hub agree to treat all members with respect, avoid harassment or solicitation, maintain confidentiality regarding discussions inside the membership, and participate as learners rather than promoting their own services. Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the membership without refund.

7. Limited License

Your purchase grants you a limited license to access the content for your personal development. This license does not include ownership. It does not include the right to resell, share, or distribute content. It does not permit commercial use or teaching based on the materials. Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert retains full ownership of all intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use course or membership materials. This includes loss of income, business interruptions, or the application of advice.

9. Termination

Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these terms, share or distribute materials, share your login credentials, provide unauthorized access, or engage in harmful or disruptive behavior within the membership community. Access may also be terminated due to unresolved or failed payments.

10. Changes to Terms

Tangie Nadimi Coaching DBA The Feel Good Expert reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon posting on our website or platform. Continued use of the course or membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.
